you see what we see off to the west. that is the back edge of the precipitation. it is going to come and go fairly quickly. the big store hasn't developed yet. it will combine off the coast of norfolk and create this big storm that is going to create blizzard conditions. we are going to see wind and cold. this is clark county high school looking live. light snow you can see. it continues to fall. the transition will occur. upper 30s, southeast of washington. at or below freezing north and west. that is the beginning. for advisories, we have winter storm warnings. it goes beyond through new england. they have blizzard warnings up. winter weather advisory's up until 6:00 in the morning. we're are talking only for a couple of inches.
